Delivery timeframe

Unless other dispositions have been stipulated, the delivery charges are always the customer's charge. 

The products are necessarily delivered to the address which has been encoded by the customer during his/her order. 

Therefore EnergyParts advises its customers to verify the exactitude of the data they provide so as to get the most accurate information. 

EnergyParts has contracts with four trusted shipping carrier : UPS, Bpost, Mondial Relay and TNT.

- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg : 24 hours

- France, Germany and UK : 2 to 3 working days

- Austria : 3 days

- Danemark : 3 days

- Italia : 3 days

- Finland : 4 days

- Portugal : 4 days

- Spain : 4 days

- Other European countries and rest of the world : 2 to 5 working days

Shipping costs vary from €10 to €50 (0-30KG) for the european countries using UPS.

We offer you free Bpost or Mondial Relay delivery on all your orders from 2 to 30 kilos

We offer you free delivery to a Mondial Relay point on all your orders from 2 to 30 kilos (except car battery).

Shipping costs via standard UPS are also free on all orders over 130, - € excluding tax.

This offer does not apply to people residing in remote areas (see list). Offer cannot be combined with the 5% reduction. Does not apply to batteries.
